DK-01 · concept review · rev A
Twelve sheets. What each part is for, what the usual dock does instead, the number that decides it, and what has to be proven on a bench before any of it is claimed. Scroll to move through the sheets. Drag the model to look around.
Concept geometry. Every dimension on these sheets is a first estimate for engineering review. No unit exists.
Sheet 2 · general arrangement
| # | Compartment | Condition | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Base | Sealed, IP66 | Power electronics and the buffer must stay dry and never share air with the aircraft. |
| 2 | Aircraft bay | Positive pressure, filtered | Dust is kept out by air leaving through every gap, and the bay can breathe. |
| 3 | Battery bay | Separate, vented outside, fire-rated | Flight packs are the only thing in the dock that can burn. |
| 4 | Canopy | Ventilated double skin, coated | Sun never reaches the enclosure. Refrigeration is the last resort, not the first. |
The full review is twelve sheets: the design moves, the physics behind each, the parts list and the open issues.
